Alix is an image lover who wears many hats. Director, motion designer and editor, he has spent more than 11 years putting his visual sensibility to work for brands, artists and powerful subjects.
He cut his creative teeth in the performing arts department at the University of Nanterre, where he spent four years directing music videos and short films, and working as an editor.
His projects are varied and eclectic: a film made entirely in motion design, a pop, girly commercial for Azzaro, or producing an activist documentary about homelessness (Les Habilleuses). Always on the lookout for new visual experiences that carry meaning, he is driven by the ambition to reconcile narrative and rhythm with his signature style.
A self-taught motion designer, he loves mixing techniques that blend graphics and live action: stop motion, 2D animation, rotoscoping, drawing…
A true all-rounder, his work carries a strong, youthful and singular visual narrative.
